Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager to operate the store to company standards.
• Directly supervise sales workers and assign duties.
• Monitor inventory and reorder levels to prevent stockouts.
• Maintain records of purchases, sales and cash handling.
• Ensure safety, security and sanitation policies are followed.
• Recruit, train and evaluate store staff as needed.
• Schedule shifts and monitor time and attendance.
• Control store expenses and manage budgets where applicable.
• Open and close the store and manage daily deposits.
