Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with daily operation and performance of the store.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns professionally.
• Supervise and coach employees to meet productivity and standards.
• Assign daily tasks and ensure training and accountability.
• Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, payroll, and personnel tasks.
• Monitor sales, inventory, merchandising, and product availability.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and financial records.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety in-store.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation policies.
• Assist with receiving, pricing, and inventory control.
• Open and close store as scheduled and complete daily closing procedures.
• Support management in achieving sales and operational goals.
• Lead by example to create a positive, professional environment.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
