Qualifications

• May be exposed to varying weather and cleaning solvents; latex, eggs, nuts, soy, and wheat.
• Employment may require background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Support grocery department operations, including readiness, staffing, pricing, policies, inventory preparation, cleanliness, and safety of equipment.
• Assist replenishment and inventory processes: ordering, receiving, invoicing, back stock, returns, and reworks.
• Uphold merchandising and sales floor standards: stocking, rotation, signing, displays, and displays upkeep.
• Maintain customer service excellence by following Harps' SMILE program guidelines.
