Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred.
No previous experience required.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
Ability to interpret, understand and follow instructions.
Moves, lifts, carries and places merchandise up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Responsibilities
Maintain grocery department readiness, staffing, supervision, price maintenance, policies and procedures.
Support replenishment and inventory processes including ordering, receiving, invoicing and back stock.
Ensure merchandising and sales floor standards with proper stocking, signing and displays.
Follow safety and quality orientation to produce high-quality products and services.
Deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality through the SMILE program guidelines.
Build relationships with peers and supervisors to support Harps’ mission of value, quality and freshness.
