Harps Food Stores is seeking a Stocker to support grocery department operations, including readiness, replenishment, and merchandising. You will help manage inventory processes, maintain displays, and ensure safety and quality while delivering friendly service. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• No previous experience required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to interpret, understand and follow instructions.
• Moves, lifts, carries and places merchandise up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grocery department readiness, staffing, supervision, price maintenance, policies and procedures.
• Support replenishment and inventory processes including ordering, receiving, invoicing and back stock.
• Ensure merchandising and sales floor standards with proper stocking, signing and displays.
• Follow safety and quality orientation to produce high-quality products and services.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality through the SMILE program guidelines.
• Build relationships with peers and supervisors to support Harps’ mission of value, quality and freshness.
