Responsibilities

• Provide polite, friendly interactions with all guests and co-workers.
• Stock, rotate, and condition all grocery products on shelves according to Lowes Foods standards and productivity guidelines.
• Maintain a neat and safe work area for guests.
• Keep organized, inventoried backstock in the backroom.
• Minimize damage and shrink through proper inventory control and product handling.
• Assist with unloading and verifying merchandise upon delivery.
• Maintain sanitation standards on the sales floor and in the backroom.
• Report temperature issues for dairy and frozen foods to the supervisor.
• Perform front-end duties as needed to uphold the "no noticeable wait" standard.
• Order products for aisles as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
