Festival Foods in Kimberly, WI is seeking a part-time Grocery Clerk I to stock shelves, keep products fresh, and assist guests with friendly, reliable service. You’ll help maintain an organized store and ensure guests can find what they need quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Key duties include stocking and displaying products, assisting customers, receiving deliveries, supporting inventory, and keeping the department clean and safe.

Qualifications

• A helpful attitude and commitment to excellent guest service.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to work efficiently and effectively with others.
• Awareness of safety requirements and policies, including proper lifting techniques.
• Ability to operate equipment such as power jacks, fork lift, walk-behind lifts, balers, and compactors (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Provide Helpful Service: Providing excellent guest service is at the heart of what we do.
• Stock & Display: Be part of the team stocking our aisles. Ensure products are fresh and well-stocked.
• Offer Assistance: Help guests locate products on and off the sales floor.
• Receiving & Inventory Support: Unload deliveries, organize stock, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Grocery Department Manager and team.
• Clean & Organize: Keep the department clean and well-maintained.
• Problem-Solving: Address guest concerns with care.
• Meet Goals: Ensure shelves are fully stocked by designated times.
• Honor Commitments: Regular, timely attendance and reliability.
