Festival Foods in Stevens Point, WI is seeking a Part-Time Grocery Clerk I to join our team. As a Grocery Stocker, you’ll help keep shelves stocked, products fresh, and the store organized to help guests shop quickly and easily.

This role emphasizes friendly service, teamwork, safety awareness, and reliable attendance in a fast-paced retail environment. Training is provided for equipment operation and safety procedures, with a focus on guest satisfaction and community involvement.

Qualifications

• A helpful attitude and a commitment to excellent guest service.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Awareness of safety requirements and policies, including proper lifting techniques and box cutter safety.
• Ability to operate equipment such as power jacks, fork lift, walk-behind lifts, balers, and compactors (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service through greeting, questions, and problem resolution.
• Stock aisles, ensure products are fresh, in-date, properly rotated, and well-stocked.
• Assist guests in locating products and offering alternatives when appropriate.
• Receive deliveries, organize stock, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Collaborate with the Grocery Department Manager and team to meet goals.
• Keep the department clean, sanitized, and well-maintained.
• Address guest concerns with care and professionalism.
• Maintain shelves fully stocked by designated times.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and notify for replacements when needed.
• Support the team with other duties as assigned.
