Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking a grocery associate to maintain stock levels and ensure product quality in our grocery department. You will help display items, rotate stock, and assist customers with questions and locating products in a fast-paced store environment.

You will operate equipment such as pallet jacks, follow safety procedures, and contribute to a friendly, customer-focused shopping experience. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years old.
• At least 18 years old to operate department equipment.
• Must be 21+ to drive for the company.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full stock on grocery displays.
• Operate pallet jack to unload and reload items.
• Ensure dated product is rotated and discarded if unsold.
• Assist customers with price checks and locating products.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment per safety procedures.
• Provide friendly customer service and respond to complaints.
