Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking a dedicated team member to maintain quality products and assist customers in a fast-paced store environment. You will stock, rotate, and merch items, uphold sanitation standards, and help with receiving and overnight deliveries.

The role emphasizes accuracy in pricing, safety, and teamwork, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Prior retail experience is not required, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Able to learn basic knowledge of all products in the department.
• Visually inspect products for quality and freshness.
• Perform simple math calculations as needed.
• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork to assist customers and coworkers.
• Follow procedures for safety, sanitation and proper merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Check that products meet quality standards.
• Sort and scan waste accurately.
• Maintain production standards and clean shelves, bins and prep areas.
• Restock back stock and aid in receiving overnight deliveries.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer needs promptly.
• Ensure correct signs and pricing and report hazards or mis-picks.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and work in various temperatures and conditions.
