Job summary

Boise Co-op in Meridian is seeking a part-time Grocery Associate to stock shelves, keep backstock organized, and help customers in a fast-paced grocery environment.

You will rotate products, check expiration dates, set up displays, and participate in inventory while delivering friendly service. Flexible weekend and evening shifts are required; prior retail experience is welcomed but not required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with proper product rotation to maintain freshness.
• Maintain organized work areas, floor sets, and backstock.
• Check expiration dates and follow procedures for removal.
• Label and date products per standards.
• Build and reset product displays aligned with merchandising goals.
• Monitor product conditions and address issues to reduce shrink.
• Assist with quarterly inventory counts and department organization.
• Provide excellent customer service and help customers locate products.
