Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and helping them find what they need throughout the store.
• Assist customers with finding products, reaching items, carrying heavy purchases, and passing along feedback or requests to the team.
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, rotate product to ensure freshness, and manage overstock on risers.
• Monitor for mis-picked items, product outs, and wrong deliveries, reporting issues to the team.
• Organize stock for efficiency and clean/restock damaged items.
• Tag shelves with overstock and understock drawers.
• Report new or different items to the scanning coordinator for input.
• Operate the register for customer purchases as needed.
• Stock supplies including cigarettes, front-end sacks, and department supplies.
• Assist with outside maintenance such as shoveling snow and spreading ice melt.
• Help with cleaning throughout the store including restrooms and breakroom.
• Train new stockers on duties as needed.
