Festival Foods in Holmen, WI is seeking a Grocery Clerk II to support the Center Store. You will help maintain stock, assist guests, and keep displays neat and per planogram, contributing to daily sales and guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, safety awareness, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Full-time schedule may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with competitive benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively to a diverse crew in a fast-paced environment.
• Thorough understanding of safety requirements and company safety policies, including proper lifting techniques and box cutter safety.
• Ability to use the following equipment: power jack, walk behind lift, WAV, baler, compactor.

Responsibilities

• Ensures product is within date, rotated and displayed per planogram.
• Provides exceptional guest service on the sales floor by greeting and responding to guest needs.
• Assists with unloading product from pallets and organizes stock room.
• Maintains presentation of products on shelves and in cases.
• Observes floor conditions and corrects opportunities; maintains inventory and pricing accuracy.
• Collaborates with Store Director and department manager to meet standards and guest expectations.
