Qualifications

• A helpful attitude and a commitment to excellent guest service.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to work efficiently and effectively with others.
• Awareness of safety requirements and policies, including proper lifting techniques and box cutter safety.
• Ability to operate equipment such as power jacks, forklift, walk-behind lifts, balers, and compactors (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Provide Helpful Service: Provide excellent guest service and handle interactions with professionalism.
• Stock & Display: Stock aisles, ensure freshness, in-date products, rotate stock.
• Offer Assistance: Help guests locate products and offer alternatives.
• Receiving & Inventory Support: Unload deliveries and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Collaboration: Work with the Grocery Department Manager to meet goals.
• Clean & Organize: Keep the department clean and well-maintained.
• Problem-Solving: Address guest concerns with care.
• Meet Goals: Ensure shelves are fully stocked by designated times.
• Honor Commitments: Maintain regular attendance and communicate absences.
• Support the Team: Perform other duties as assigned.
