Whole Foods Market in West Hartford seeks a Stock Crew Supervisor to assist with scheduling, supervision of the Stock Crew, and maintaining department operations. You will supervise displays, support Team Leaders, and ensure friendly, efficient service in line with SOPs and health/safety regulations.

You will help in inventory, training, and performance evaluations, fostering a positive, high-morale environment and ensuring excellent customer flow and store execution.

Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational and training abilities.

Responsabilités

• Supervises and delegates tasks based on department needs.
• Coordinates with leadership to address team concerns.
• Responds to customer and Team Member needs and concerns.
• Assists in sorting and stocking for at least 75% of shifts.
• Trains team members using checklists and materials.
• Maintains a positive work environment and high morale.
• Manages inventory processes and temperature/safety records.
• Tracks stocking productivity and manages department opening/closing.
• Delivers high retail execution standards and teamwork.
