Job summary

The GIANT Company in Columbia, PA is seeking a Store Associate responsible for stocking shelves, unloading shipments, and maintaining displays to ensure a clean, organized store environment. You will load U-boats, rotate stock, and assist customers throughout the shift.

• Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at start of shift and prepare the required equipment and supplies.
• May use a stool to reach upper shelves.
• Verify and change prices with a scanner and label maker as needed.
• Remerchandise end caps and displays, set up new program displays, and do resets.
• Inspect shelves, replenish shelves, and verify or adjust counts with scanner.
• Flatten cartons, stack them on U-boat, push U-boat to bailer, and load cardboard into the bailer.
• Clean shelving and fixtures as per company guidelines.
• Must be able to communicate with customers to provide an outstanding shopping experience.
