Job summary

The GIANT Company is seeking a backroom stock associate to unload trucks, break down pallets, and restock shelves at the New Cumberland, PA location. You will manage backstock, rotate displays, and prepare shelves for customers under supervision from store leadership.

Ideal candidates will be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and follow safety policies. This is an entry-level role with opportunities to grow within a large regional retailer.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations in order to complete job duties in a satisfactory manner.
• Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must meet the company performance standards for the job including but not limited to regular attendance.
• Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.

Responsibilities

• Load U-boat with stocking items
• Stock and replenish shelves from backstock
• Stock and replenish mass or end displays, rotate product, and present shelving as requested by store management or replenishment lead
• Remove out of code items using most efficient methods for rotation.
