Job summary

The GIANT Company in Columbia, PA is seeking a Store Associate responsible for stocking shelves, unloading shipments, and maintaining displays to ensure a clean, organized store environment. You will load U-boats, rotate stock, and assist customers throughout the shift.

• Flatten cartons, stack them on U-boat, push U-boat to bailer, and load cardboard into the bailer.
• Clean shelving and fixtures as per company guidelines.
• Must be able to communicate with customers to provide an outstanding shopping experience.

The primary purpose of this job is to load U-boats, move U-boats to aisles, unload cases, open cases, carry cases to shelves, stock, straighten, and rotate shelves.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promptly, at the start of the shift, the team member will review the work schedule, check the equipment and supplies required to perform the work scheduled, comply with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements, and otherwise prepare for duties.
• May use a stool to reach upper shelves.
• Verify and change prices with a scanner and label maker as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
