Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service within the Center Store (Grocery) Department.
• Maintain atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness with fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Maintain proper Specialty Merchandise product level according to standard practice while controlling backroom inventory and shelf conditions.
• Maintain shelf allocations according to plan-o-grams and ensure back stock is properly maintained.
• Assist with ordering, receiving, preparation, conditioning and displaying of merchandise in accordance with policies.
• Follow Food Lion guidelines on safety, procedures, and use of company tools like ACIS and CAO.
