Job summary

H-E-B in Austin is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to package groceries and help customers transport items from the store to their vehicles, providing attentive service throughout the shopping experience. You will unload merchandise, assist customers in locating merchandise, gather baskets, and prepare bags for checkout and take-home.

The role includes sanitation and stocking duties, maintaining clean check stands and return centers, and supporting department setup with cart and basket

Qualifications

• Ability to work with customers and stay attentive to their needs
• Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency standards
• Completion of Company Orientation and Basics of Safety training (upon hire)
