H-E-B is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to help customers and package groceries, ensuring smooth transport from the store to vehicles. You will assist with unloading merchandise, stocking bags, and keeping checkout and Return Center areas organized.

The role emphasizes high-quality customer service in a fast-paced retail environment, with focus on safety, cleanliness, and teamwork. Training includes company orientation and basics of safety, and lifting requirements up to 55 lbs.

Qualificações

• Completion of Company Orientation and Basics of Safety training (upon hire).
• Capable of lifting up to 55 lbs and handling heavy items.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Package groceries and assist customers in transporting to vehicles.
• Unload merchandise from baskets and stock bag areas.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety; mop, dust, sweep, vacuum.
• Assist with locating merchandise and stocking/check stand supplies.
• Support Carts & Parts area setup and Return Center tasks as needed.
