Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Train, schedule, coach staff and model leadership.
• Greet customers, handle inquiries or complaints on the sales floor.
• Review sales and labor metrics and share insights with teams.
• Ensure department safety, maintain equipment and security protocols.
• Create and support in-store displays and product placement.
• Step into staff roles during openings, closings, and breaks.
