Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and assist with cashier settlements, promotions, and shift coverage.
• Support and develop staff through training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Deliver customer excellence by greeting, assisting, handling inquiries or complaints.
• Track daily sales and labor metrics and relay insights to relevant teams.
• Ensure store standards and safety by conducting facility checks and reporting issues.
• Enhance in-store merchandising and product placement to meet sales goals.
• Step into staff roles as needed for opening, closing, or breaks.
