Job summary

Kroger is seeking a team member to complete plan-o-gram work in a grocery store setting on a scheduled weekly basis. You will read and understand plan-o-grams, prepare work areas, and reposition shelving per updated schematics while maintaining professionalism with customers and store staff.

Required are a high school diploma or GED, ability to read English, and a smartphone for app use. You may need to lift up to 70 lbs and work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English.
• Smartphone with internet/data access is required; app permissions may be needed.
• Must provide personal tape measure and safety gloves.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-o-grams and collect plan-o-grams, new item tags and new item product and prepare work area to complete section reset.
• Break down sections orderly so customers can shop other sections.
• Re-position shelving and place product according to updated schematic.
• Clean up work area and report completion to Kroger and supervisors.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and remain professional and helpful with customers.
• Maintain good relationships with store management and staff.
• Follow clocking in/out guidelines and safety practices.
• During periods of reduced hours, assist with additional store support as needed.
