Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read and understand plan-ograms.
• Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English.
• Smartphone with internet/data access is required for app use.
• Must provide personal tape measure and safety gloves.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-ograms.
• Collect plan-ograms, new item tags and prepare work area to complete section reset.
• Break down sections to keep aisles orderly for shoppers.
• Re-position shelving and place product according to updated schematic.
• Clean up work area and maintain a safe workspace.
• Complete forms and report section completion to Kroger and supervisors.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Be professional and helpful when dealing with customers.
• Maintain good relations with store management and staff.
