Job summary

Kroger is seeking a store operations associate to complete weekly plan-o-gram work in a grocery environment. You will read plans, collect tags, prepare the area, and restructure shelves to align with updated schematics.

Role requires independence, professionalism with customers, and adherence to store guidelines. You may engage in additional duties during periods of reduced hours. Training on safety and lifting will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Must be 18+ and fluent in English; smartphone required.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Collect plan-o-grams, new item tags and new item product and prepare work area to complete section reset.
• Break down sections to allow customers to shop other sections in that aisle.
• Re-position shelving and place product according to updated schematic.
• Clean up work area.
• Complete forms and report section completion to Kroger and supervisors.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Be professional and helpful with customers.
• Maintain good relationships with store staff and management.
• Follow Kroger/KOMPASS guidelines, times, productivity and clocking in/out.
