Job summary

Kroger stores require a dedicated team member to perform weekly plan-o-gram work in a grocery environment. You will read plan-o-grams, prepare your area, and reposition shelving to meet updated schematics while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

In this role you will interact professionally with customers and store staff, complete required forms for supervisors, and often work with little supervision. Lifting safely is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Be 18 years or older.
• Read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Read/write/communicate in English.
• Smartphone with data access required.
• Provide personal tape measure and safety gloves.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Prepare work area, collect tags, complete section resets.
• Break down sections to aid customer shopping.
• Re-position shelving according to updated schematics.
• Clean work area and maintain safety.
• Complete forms and report completion to Kroger and supervisors.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Be professional with customers.
• Maintain good relations with store management and staff.
• Follow clocking-in/out, timeliness, teamwork and communication guidelines.
• Practice safe lifting.
• Occasionally perform extra store support during low hours.
• Perform essential functions with/without accommodation.
