Job summary

Kroger is seeking a diligent team member to handle plan-o-gram tasks in a grocery store setting. You will read plan-o-grams, collect tags, prepare the area for section resets and reposition shelves as per updated schematics.

Responsibilities include independent work, customer assistance, reporting completion to supervisors, and adhering to safety guidelines and clocking procedures. Must be at least 18, with a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Able to read, write and communicate fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Collect plan-o-grams, new item tags and products and prepare work area to complete section reset.
• Break down sections to help customers shop other aisles.
• Re-position shelving according to updated schematic.
• Clean up work area and maintain tidiness.
• Report section completion to Kroger and supervisors.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Be professional and helpful with customers.
• Maintain good relationships with store management and staff.
• Follow KOMPASS guidelines including timeliness, productivity, teamwork and clocking in/out.
