Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. in Midlothian, VA seeks a dedicated team member to replenish, merchandise, and monitor inventory in line with WFM standards. You will support promotions, assist customers, and uphold health and safety rules in a fast-paced store environment.

Role requires strong math, teamwork, and communication; willingness to learn Order Writer processes; and flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and ordering systems.
• Strong basic math and communication skills.
• Team player with customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Completes Order Writer training.
• Replenishes products through proper buying procedures.
• Orders perishable and/or non-perishable grocery products and maintains back stock levels.
• Monitors open PO reports for purchases and credits promptly.
• Controls spoilage/shrink; participates in inventory and cycle counting.
• Maintains signs and pricing accuracy; performs opening, mid, and closing duties.
• Provides excellent customer service and supports selling techniques.
• Ensures products are stocked, rotated, and merchandised effectively.
