Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a motivated Team Member to support grocery operations, inventory control, and merchandising. You will help with ordering, replenishment, and display setup while providing courteous service to customers and Team Members.

You will participate in inventories, maintain accuracy of pricing, and assist in achieving store sales targets. A flexible schedule, physical stamina, and knowledge of grocery products are essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of grocery merchandising and product knowledge.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Completes Order Writer training.
• Replenishes products and manages back stock.
• Places orders and monitors open PO reports.
• Controls spoilage and assists in inventory and cycle counting.
• Maintains signs, pricing, and cleanliness of store areas.
• Provides excellent customer service and assists customers and vendors.
• Supports leadership in inventories and achieving sales targets.
