Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Problem solver with willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements.
• Ability to use computers and other communication systems.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must understand company policies and safety regulations.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodation.
• Must meet performance standards including regular attendance.
• Must be able to use or learn to use the equipment and tools for the job.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Accurately match items from customers' online shopping lists.
• Shop multiple customer orders using designated tools.
• Substitute items as requested by customers.
• Assist in picking up orders at designated spots.
• Differentiate produce merchandise varieties.
• Package and label items for customer pickup.
• Adhere to company policies, safety, and sanitation practices.
• Collaborate with team and assist in special projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
