Qualifications

• Forklift certification required or must obtain Harmons Forklift Certification.

Responsibilities

• Receives, stocks, and rotates products to maintain freshness and assortment.
• Faces shelves, ensures pricing accuracy and clear signage.
• Assists with orders, displays end-caps, and maintains store cleanliness.
• Delivers exceptional customer service and helps training of new associates.
• Supports grocery, frozen, and dairy departments and communicates with management.
• Performs periodic inventory tasks and enforces safety standards.
• Works weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Collaborates with managers to ensure successful store operations.
