Job summary

Harmons Grocery in Draper, UT is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to assist the Kitchen Manager in maintaining quality standards and profitability. This role trains new associates and helps determine production and inventory levels for Harmons’ Kitchen, while ensuring exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will support pricing accuracy, sanitation, and safety, and will participate in scheduling and quarterly inventory to meet labor and business goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; two years kitchen experience preferred.
• Current Food Handler’s Permit.
• Ability to handle conflict professionally and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to train and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist Kitchen Manager to maintain quality and profitability.
• Train new associates and provide ongoing feedback.
• Determine production and inventory levels for Harmons’ Kitchen.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and correct signage for products.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards daily.
• Deliver excellent customer service to all customers.
• Write kitchen schedules and conduct quarterly inventory.
