Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Experience in natural foods industry is a plus; Serv Safe Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and supervises team members in day-to-day operations of their department.
• Delivers exceptional customer service by managing ordering, receiving, stocking and displaying products.
• Maintains department cleanliness and adheres to food safety processes.
• Attains budgeted goals for sales, labor and margin for the department.
• Supervises and trains department team beyond manager presence; ensures pricing accuracy and signage.
