Job summary

Dillons is seeking a customer-focused team member to provide outstanding service and help achieve department goals in a fast-paced store environment.

You will assist customers, answer questions about products, maintain safety standards, and stock department merchandise. A second language and prior retail experience are valued, with a commitment to the company’s values and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service and assist the department manager in achieving department sales and profit goals.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and enforce food safety regulations and temperature logs.
• Answer questions about products and make recommendations to customers throughout the store.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise and report discrepancies to the department manager.
• Notify management of customer or employee accidents and any safety risks or illicit activity.
