Job summary

Serv--u--success is hiring a Store Representative to stock shelves, set up displays, and ensure stores are customer-ready each day. You will support merchandising and store operations while building strong relationships with customers and teammates.

You will join a team that values quality, teamwork, and growth, with hands-on training and opportunities to develop new skills in a supportive, people-first culture. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized, customer-ready displays.
• Execute merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and other in-store assignments.
• Keep backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Greet customers, assist with product questions, and provide outstanding service.
• Work collaboratively with Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and fellow team members to complete daily priorities.
• Use technology to track time, report completed work, and support project execution.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety procedures and reporting hazards promptly.
