Job summary

Serv-U-Success is seeking a Store Representative to stock shelves, set displays, and keep stores customer-ready daily. You’ll work hands-on in the store, supporting merchandising, operations, and customer service while building strong relationships with teammates.

This full-time role requires 40 hours/week, with shifts from 6:00am to 6:00pm. Weekend and weekday availability is required. Compensation is up to $18/hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Willingness to travel between locations if needed.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized, customer-ready displays.
• Execute merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and other in-store assignments.
• Keep backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Greet customers, assist with product questions, and provide outstanding service.
• Work collaboratively with Store Managers and team members to complete daily priorities.
• Use technology to track time, report completed work, and support project execution.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety procedures and reporting hazards promptly.
• Adapt to changing priorities while consistently delivering high-quality work.
