Job summary

Weis Markets in Gap, PA is seeking a part-time Grocery Sales Associate to help keep the department stocked, clean, and welcoming for customers. You’ll stock and rotate merchandise, build displays to drive sales, and ensure pricing and signs are correct.

You will greet customers, answer questions, resolve concerns, and assist with deliveries while following safety rules and PPE guidelines. A team-oriented environment supports growth and community involvement.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required or in progress.
• Ability to provide friendly customer service and resolve questions politely.
• Willingness to learn stocking and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Keep the Grocery department stocked, organized, and appealing to drive sales.
• Build displays, rotate stock, and ensure correct pricing and signage.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with receiving, unloading, and storing deliveries; follow PPE guidelines.
• Maintain sanitation and follow health/OSHA requirements; work with team to improve performance.
