• Smiles and greets customers, answers customer questions and helps resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Applies proper stocking techniques to ensure products are properly located on shelves, with correct prices and signs.
• May assist with receiving, unloading, checking-in, breaking-down, and storing deliveries.
• Maintains sanitation in the department and follows cleaning schedules to ensure work areas are clean and meet health and OSHA requirements.
• Cooperates with co-workers and supervisors to ensure smooth department function.
