Job summary

Responsibilities

• Keeps Grocery department well stocked, organized and appealing to maximize sales.
• Build displays to drive incremental sales and rotate merchandise for freshness.
• Greets and assists customers, answers questions, and resolves concerns politely.
• Applies stocking techniques to ensure correct shelf placement and pricing.
• Assists with receiving, unloading, and stocking deliveries (training provided).
• Maintains sanitation and adheres to health and OSHA guidelines in the department.
• Supports security policies and maintains productivity and shrink control.
• May assist other departments as needed.
