Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily workflow of the grocery stock crew.
• Assign staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure the backroom is clean and organized.
• Lead stockers in the operations of each assigned aisle.
• Recommend discipline and termination of employees by partnering with their Store Manager as needed and in accordance with policy.
• Resolve customer service issues, complaints, or requests.
• Seek merchandising techniques to maximize sales in the Grocery department.
• Display Ad planner items and ensure surveyed product is on the sales floor.
• Ensure all assigned orders are completed as scheduled.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and attractiveness of the store backroom.
• Assist with inventory numbers for their assigned department.
• Track stock levels, place orders, and ensure shelves are properly stocked.
• Perform other related duties as required.
