Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Grocery Manager for a nationwide grocery distribution operation. You will oversee the entire operation, supervise a team, and build guest connections while ensuring compliance with corporate offices.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of warehouse management experience, P&L and inventory control expertise, and excels in fast-paced environments with strong communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Warehouse management experience required.
• Background in P&L, inventory control, hiring/train staff, merchandising, cash control, payroll, security / loss prevention.
• Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
