Job summary

Nationwide grocery distribution is seeking a Grocery Manager to lead fast-paced retail and warehouse operations across locations. You will supervise a team and travel between store sites to keep operations efficient.

Responsibilities include P&L oversight, inventory control, hiring/training staff, merchandising, cash handling, payroll, and loss prevention, with a focus on community engagement and strong guest relations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Warehouse management experience required
• Background in P&L, inventory control, hiring / training staff, merchandising, cash control, payroll, security / loss prevention
• Positive leadership with a people first mentality
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
