Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a people-first leader to guide nationwide warehouse and retail operations for a leading grocery distribution organization. This role focuses on building strong teams and community relationships while overseeing day-to-day operations as the company opens new stores this fall.

You will manage warehousing and retail functions, mentor staff, and ensure policies and standards are followed, while driving guest satisfaction and business growth in a stable, expanding

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse management experience.
• Experience with P&L, inventory control, hiring and training staff, cash control, payroll, and security.
• Positive leadership style with a people-first mentality.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

• Directly supervise, guide, coach, and mentor team members.

• Salary $75-80K, plus bonus eligibility up to$24K annually
