Job summary

Eataly in Dallas is seeking a Grocery Lead to serve as the liaison between stock teams and grocery management. The role reports to the Grocery Manager and ensures the grocery section operates to Eataly’s standards.

You will evaluate inventory, place orders through requisitions from other departments, and coordinate with communications to maintain clear signage. Daily shift notes are emailed, and other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of experience in a grocery or retail stock position.
• Great written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that the stock crew is in place and grocery section is working according to Eataly’s standards
• Evaluates grocery needs and inventory, as well as receives requisitions from other departments to place orders
• Collaborates with the communications department to ensure displays have proper signage
• Records and emails daily shift notes
• Performs other duties as required or assigned

Job Description

Compensation range is set at $20 - $22 an hour.
