Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Process Assistant for Grocery Fulfillment Centers in the United States. The role focuses on supporting, mentoring, and motivating team members while ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and timely customer delivery promises.

You will collaborate with Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention, and HR to develop plans that meet business objectives and improve site operations across the network.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• High School Diploma, or GED.
• Experience using the Microsoft Office suite of packages including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.
