Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking a Process Assistant for Grocery Fulfillment Centers. You will support, mentor, and motivate team members while ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 1+ year experience with Microsoft Office, with flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays. Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand up to 12 hours per shift is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience.
• Flexibile schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention and Human Resources to meet business objectives.
