Job summary

Amazon Grocery Fulfillment Centers are hiring a Process Assistant in Charlotte, NC. You will support, mentor, and motivate teammates while ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and delivery commitments are met.

You will collaborate with Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention and HR to create plans that drive business results and improve site operations. This role requires flexibility and the ability to work in varied environments and schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work 40 hours per week with overtime as required.
• Able to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours.
