Job summary

The GIANT Company is seeking a front-end associate at our Chambersburg location. The role includes bagging items at checkout, restocking shelves and returns, and maintaining front-end cleanliness and order.

You will also retrieve carts and assist customers as needed, contributing to a positive shopping experience. Qualified candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and able to meet the store’s safety and performance standards, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and wear

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to understand and communicate store policies and safety rules
• Able to meet ergonomic and physical requirements with or without accommodation
• Willingness to perform all duties safely and according to company standards
• Able to wear provided uniform and shoes

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule at shift start and prepare equipment and supplies
• Collect trash and operate the compactor when needed
• Perform housekeeping, keep floors and work areas clean
• Collect, stack and return carts to the front-end
• Demonstrate good customer service skills
• Complete other duties as assigned by management
