Drive the Business: Develop and implement program specific goals and tactical plans that drive business results and elevate the customer experience.
Build business cases to support prioritization of new projects and strategies to drive program results.
Optimize Our Offerings: Utilize competitive analysis, assessment of business results, and customer insights and feedback to identify opportunities for program improvement.
Manage with Precision: Create and oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders throughout the process.
Analyze and Report: Create comprehensive reports that provide insights into program performance and guide strategic decisions.
Inform Stakeholders: Drives business operational cadence for assigned programs and projects including weekly business reviews, monthly/quarterly business reviews, and annual operating plans.
Empower Your Team: Mentor and support new Team Members, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
