Responsibilities

Oversee daily Grocery Department operations with focus on service, sales, and readiness.
Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Keep shelves and displays clean, stocked, front-faced, and merchandised to standards.
Execute planograms, promotions, seasonal transitions, and weekly ad merchandising.
Manage ordering, inventory, rotation, and backroom organization.
Monitor shrink and implement procedures to reduce waste and loss.
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, safety, and standards.
Hire, train, coach, schedule, and develop grocery associates.
